TopShield installs storm-grade asphalt and standing-seam metal roofing systems with GAF Master Elite-certified crews. Free, no-pressure 24-hour inspection. Storm damage claims handled in-house, including the insurance paperwork most contractors leave you to fight alone.
A TopShield inspector from your area will call within the next two business hours to schedule a 24-hour inspection window.
Across Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana since 2017. The smallest job was a 14-square garage. The largest was a 67-square commercial complex.
Of insurance claims TopShield filed on behalf of customers in 2024-2025, ninety-eight percent were approved at full requested scope. We do the paperwork.
If your roof qualifies for insurance replacement and you cannot front the deductible, we have a financing partner who will. No interest for the first 18 months.
We don't sub out the install to whoever has a truck this week. Every TopShield project is installed by a W-2 GAF Master Elite-certified crew. The lead foreman on your job has been with us, on average, for eight years.
GAF Timberline HDZ with LayerLock and StainGuard Plus, installed over synthetic underlayment and ice-and-water shield. Wind-rated to 130 mph. The workhorse system; the one most of our roofs are.
26-gauge Galvalume steel, standing-seam with hidden fasteners and a Kynar 500 finish. 50-year structural warranty, 40-year finish warranty. The "outlast your mortgage" system, in the literal sense.
If a hailstorm or wind event hit your home in the last 12 months, the roof is likely a covered claim. We file the paperwork, meet the adjuster on-site, and negotiate scope. You pay your deductible. We do the rest.
A TopShield inspection is not a sales call disguised as a check. Our inspectors photograph everything, write a plain-English report, and leave you with a copy whether or not the roof needs work.
Asphalt shingles lose granules as they age and after hail. The pattern of loss tells you whether you're looking at age (replace soon) or impact (insurance claim).
A hail strike compresses the shingle mat. The bruise is invisible from the street but obvious to a trained inspector with a piece of chalk. This is the single most-missed item on uninspected roofs.
The seal between roof and chimney, the soffit ventilation, and the ridge vent. These fail before shingles do. Repaired on-site if minor; flagged on the report if major.
We walk the attic with a moisture meter. A roof can look fine from above and be quietly rotting underneath. This step is what separates a real inspection from a curb check.
A TopShield inspector visits within 24 hours of your form submission. You get a written report with photos, regardless of whether the roof needs work. No pressure. No "same-day pricing." Just the report.
Book free inspection ▶A standard re-roof on a 25-square house takes our crew about a day. Standing-seam metal takes 2-3. Insurance work adds a week of paperwork up front but no extra install time.
GAF-certified inspector visits within 24 hours. Walks roof, walks attic, photographs everything, leaves you with a written report.
Itemised, plain-language, valid 30 days. No "tonight only" pricing. If insurance work, we meet your adjuster on-site within a week.
Materials ordered to your address. Permits pulled with your city. We coordinate dumpster delivery and HOA notifications if needed.
A W-2 TopShield crew arrives at 7am. Tear-off, decking inspection, underlayment, install, cleanup with magnets, walkthrough. Most jobs done by sundown.
"Hailstorm hit us in May. State Farm wanted to deny half the claim. The TopShield project manager met the adjuster on the roof, walked her through every bruise, and the claim got approved at full scope the next week. They handled all the paperwork. I paid my deductible and that was it."
"Got four quotes after the December hailstorm. Three of them tried to lock me in same-day for some "limited spring pricing." TopShield gave me a written estimate, valid 30 days, no pressure, and the number was actually lower than the others. Crew was on the roof by 7am. Done by 5pm. Cleaned the yard so well I couldn't tell they'd been there."
"Spent six months getting metal roof quotes. Most contractors were vague on the spec. The TopShield rep showed up with a 26-ga sample, a Kynar finish swatch, and the actual installation diagram for our roof pitch. Easy decision. Three months in and it's the quietest house I've ever lived in during a storm."
A standard asphalt re-roof on a 20–30 square home runs $11,000–$28,000 depending on size, complexity, decking condition, and current material costs. Standing-seam metal runs roughly 2.5× that. We never quote per-square pricing online — the variance is too high — but the inspection and written estimate are free.
Yes — for storm or hail damage that occurred within the last 12 months and on a roof that hasn't been replaced since the damage. We file the claim, meet the adjuster on-site, and negotiate scope. You pay your deductible. We don't charge an "insurance handling fee" — the work is included in any project we book.
GAF (the manufacturer of Timberline shingles) certifies only about 2% of roofing contractors in North America as Master Elite. To qualify, a contractor must be properly licensed and insured, maintain a clean BBB record, and document a minimum number of completed jobs annually. It also unlocks GAF's strongest manufacturer warranties.
Depends on the cause and your policy. Storm and hail damage on a non-excluded roof is usually covered (minus your deductible). General age-related wear typically isn't. The free inspection is the fastest way to know — our inspector documents whether the damage meets a typical insurance threshold, and we'll tell you honestly.
A standard asphalt re-roof on a 25-square home takes one day. Standing-seam metal takes 2-3 days. Larger jobs scale proportionally. We don't leave a roof open overnight — if the job will go more than a day, we tarp the exposed sections and re-start at 7am the next morning.
Currently: Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, and metro Memphis. We're opening service in metro Atlanta and Kansas City in fall 2026.
Free 24-hour inspection. Written report. No high-pressure pitch. The inspection is free whether or not the roof needs work.
